Need Help, Error number 5

I disabled my firewall, and protection, and when i start the EiR launcher it stops loading at reading response 75% of the time. If it doesn't then when i click to download BattleID it stops there at reading response, and wont move for 5 minutes, then i get an error that its the Error 5 with a number 10054

Do you ever have trouble accessing the website? For some reason you seem to have a very unstable connection between you and the server.

Are you running Vista? I found i had to update my VS to get around the Side by side error and encountered the same issue, A reinstall of the mod however was all that I required, Make sure youve closed all programs and reinstall the Mod.
