Times are in GMT (Grenich Mean Time, -5 hours if you are on the east coast of the USA, for you ignorant Americans like me  Wink).

I am mostly available at Night: 9:00 PM to 12:00 PM GMT (4:00 to 7:00 PM EST).

If you are in the CST timezone subtract 6 hours from the GMT time.  12:00 PM GMT is 6:00 AM CST.
