Free Doctrines before the reset?

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I was thinking. Once the doctrines are in and the date for a reset has been set, could it be possible to make everything free without the rank requirements a week before the reset? This would allow players to get familiarized and experiment different strategies with the doctrines, so they have a better idea of how they will make their companies after the reset.

It sounds like the plan tbh. Since when all the Doctrines are in, we get ALL our PP's back from the doctrine choices and the Doctrine choices reset.
So its not exactly FREE Doctrine week, But it be near enough.
Don't know the EXACT plan though, Just know we will be getting our PP's back ^^
