Transports not working for Brits

So I have 2 sets of bren carriers + basic infantry as a backup call in, but when I enable them to be "in transport" in the launcher they are never in there, I have to call them on, then manually load them up.

Here is the thing, this only happens if I set my faction in-game to CW, if I leave it at Americans (did it by accident once), they are all loaded up upon call in, I'm told this means I lose doctrine powers, but I don't have any yet so..

It's a CW Battallion.

Was like this before the latest hotfix, and still the same now.
