He will be armed with a Super Duper Uber Luger.

Dubbed the "pocket 88", this weapon can penetrate any tank armor known to man as of 1944. Still only does 7 damage, though.

Propaganda officer will likely give a negative modifier to all enemy units nearby.
American officer will give a buff to nearby infantry.

There's some other abilities we're still fleshing out, they should be going in soon hopefully.
