Batalion creation problem

I can't finalise my batalion. It "declined" all the time. Whats the problem?

You have spent too many resources,

Or check your PP... if you are trying to buy too many of an item it will cost PP and you may not have any PP yet if you have not played a match.

It happened to me once too. No reason for it, I just shut down the launcher and started again and it worked.
