EiR Forum Discussion Guidelines :

Rule 9 :

Do not base any argument of how it should be in EiRR on the experience you had in vCoH.

This is just a lot of smoke over no fire.

This is not a balance discussion.

It certainly sounds like one for the balance forum, though - the entire direction of the thread is about changing the meta-game of the mod, which balance copes with.

This is game design more than anything else.

Thank you Unk0wn! This has nothing to do with axis or allies. I play brits and americans (though I don't do that well Wink) and it's just an annoyance. Certain units are more useful in it, but it's a significant part of the game mechanic right now.

back capping is required in some games.

Why?

I have seen many games where in the axis or allies all group up in a little circle and wait... no one on either side has arty , maybe a mortor or 2 and no off maps...

If you attack, you knwo your companyw ill be lost with a slight chance to break them,m btu they hold the ground...

So why nto out cap them and force their hand.  If they want to ball up liek a fist to hit hard, they better be prepaired to use the fist, if they stay idle they lose...

i cant really blame smokaz i mean playing against puddin is like trying to fight off breast cancer. You might win and do it and be a bad ass but you'll feel sick and mutilated forever.

Puddin' spamtm is soulcrushing... what's hard to understand about that?

Its interesting how people expect to break a defensive position without indirect fire, snipers or artillery.
