Units in anything can still be pinned, it's just the recovery rate that differs.  Tank Shock instapins, which means as soon as it clicks, you're infantry are pinned.  Halftrack Recovery rate is something completely stupid, like 500x normal supression recovery (virtually instant), however the units will have to restart their actions again.

During the tank shocking the infantry will be pinned but straight after its finished it will wear off.

Dont worry this should be gone very soon anyway.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Why don't you collect up your love beads and potpourri and find something constructive to do.

pin=bad because units don't fire shrecks when pinned and they can crushed easily

its turned from a 360 degree ability to a 90 degree ability.  This way churchills just cant run around and shock anything near them, the infantry need to be in front of the churchill now.

Reason: It's not really about balance.
