No callin's when Statics are being placed (PE Luft)

Not sure if its a bug or not but ,

If i field my Vierling or 88 i can't call in any additional troops until the vierling is built, ,or the 88 supply truck has left the field.

EDIT

There is also a bug that a vierling can Build more then once (Comes with crew) , but i have to recreate that

Work around: Call in these units to fill up the last of your population cost to avoid this problem.
