You need to take a screenshot of the console when a scar error happens or alternatively post the replay.
Scar error seems unlikely, sync errors just happen randomly sometimes.

Lionel and Smokaz tested, Lionel got rid of his vet 3's and replaced them with vanilla vet 0 and they didn't cause the scar error.

Lionel requests a replace in his vet

(He can't post in the bug forums for some reason so I'm doing it for him)

I deleted 2 vet 3 snipers for a simliar test and replaced them with vet 0 as i believed i was bugged too, i request a vet replacement.

So it was a scar error, not a sync error?
Anyway, need a replay guys. I can probably give you a vet 3 howi to try and reproduce
