Thanks, got the weather to work, still cant get the music to work but i guess that doesnt really matter. And corsix works too now
For the loading screen does the picture have to be a certain file? like a png/jpeg/gif? Or does it need to be named a certain way cant seem to get it to show?

what part of getting music work do you not understand?
loading screen = [yourmapname].tga
you want to know also the ones for lobby minimap etc.?

go to where ur map files are, open yourmapname.info with notepad, change
music = "",
to
music = "sound/music/genericmissionmusic.bsc",
lobby minimap random spawn = [yourmapname]_map_base.tga
lobby minimap fixed spawn = [yourmapname]_map_slots.tga
screen for ingame minimap = [yourmapname]_map.tga (you dont need that one to have working minimap, most maps dont have it)

It also has: modname = "EuropeanTheater1944",
could that be affectting anything?

yes, that is becouse you start WB while you have other .modules in your coh directory.
i ususally get all of them out exept the origonal relic ones before i go mapping, but i think you can also just change it back to
modname = "RelicCoH",

he needs to people to play it but its less likely to happen when its not in the launcher, maybe if unkn0wn put more effort into putting the maps into the autoupdater to be checked and played we'd have alot more response to maps and not just play tanteville, abbeville, bergen and neunen all the time. i think youll find if the maps already there to be played mappers will get a lot more response and feedback for their maps, look:

look at the feedback, i know thats my map but it's just an example. the response i get it is basically fuck square maps. how do you know they won't work in eir if you dont let anyone play and try it out? what you've probably tried it once and that was atleast a year ago.

once u get ur beta you give ppl link and instructions and they will play new map. then you see if its good or bad. however, it ususally takes more than 1 test to really see how the map plays, so even if the game was allright, unkown will probably ask to play it again.
this all can be frustating, but its a must. this mod has a high quality level, and the players have low bandwidth
the map lead wants to know for sure he isnt uploading useless stuff that no one will play. and you might think you know better, but in fact unkown is the one who has made 3 maps that are always in the top 5 of most played maps.

Totally forgot about my map tbh, i have a grey square on the map and theres no object or splat where it is, howd i fix that?

Sorta, all the women are in my kitchen makin me dinner like they should be, so you wont see them sadly. All the cars are parked in my parking area as seen in the screen shots, they are the most expensive cars of the time

after saving the map, WB takes a screenshot from above the map. thats used as minimap.
if you have "dont show objects" on when you save the map, you wont see any objects in the minimap ingame.
sometimes it bugs out, just change little thing on ur map and save it again, should be gone then.

If anyone has twoville saved on their comp (was called betamap and if you played it and havent played any other beta maps its prob in your eir/archives folder) can they upload it to filefront again, reinstalled windows and lost it since filefront also unhosted it.
