I was thinking of something  , it could be called "commander doctrine" for example.

It would be a doctrine for everyone , it would progress as you lvl up with your account and provide a small number of buffs.
Here is an example.









There would be 2 tiers in 3 trees and for each lvl you would get 1 point to a total of 9 points to fill up whatever you want.
