Steam CoH EiR

My friend is looking into EiR and installed it. He thought he installed it in the right place but it says he's wrong...he does have the steam version and wins 7. Can anyone tell us where he should install it?

Thanks he said he's got it there..and he's getting the "Dumbass" it's in wrong place notification but he's gonna try installing again. EDIT: Nevermind he's got it working thanks for the fast reply!
