I've noticed in some games I get 'Commander Advantages' and other advantages I normally don't see.

How do you get them to appear (under what conditions) and what exactly do they do. Oh and is there a list of what all the advantages do? (aside from the one you get in your trees)

Commander advantages appear when your playing with teammates that have lower level accounts...other advantages (smoke, supple drops, recons) are given when you play against higher level opponents.

What do the several commander advantages do. The descriptions aren't very clear. I was hoping to find a thread to explain it all but there seems to be none.

More PP gain (like 2 extra PP or the highest is 4 extra pp i think).
And a "reroll" chance(either 10 or 20%) <-- might be more.

Reroll means that your units have a certain percentage chance to stay in your company after the battle, even though they got killed. "NO MY VET 3 TANK DIED" "HAHA" "MY BAD, REROLLED"

I've seen 30% before I remember.
And I had a "out of control" spawn retreat before.
