It is providing the Aura just no Icon.
It's been fixed in the next patch which is less then a day away

Well even if we factor in Standard Elven Deviation it should be less then a day. hopefully 18 hours and 45 mins from now.
Me and Bob are hoping to be to start implementing the changes to the database at 12am PST Tuesday(Which is Monday night for you uneducated ones) If it's just us two it might take up to 2 hours. We move fast but there's a lot to implement.
