Blitzkrieg t4

Hey the Blitz t4 "Battle hardened" says that medkits are on a cooldown, and my question is if that requires that you buy them as well?

Also has anyone ever gone for this t4...it seems alot less powerful then the other t4's anyways.

Yes, it would require you to purchase them first.

As for Battle Hardened, it's getting some love in the doctrine rework (come sunday)
