Can someone post a list of terms EIR players use? Sometimes I get lost when people start talking about Alpha Strikes and so on.

Alpha strike in EIRR = the damage a unit will do in 1 hit
SMG = poor alpa strike , deals damage in burst
Tiger = good alpha strike, deals lots of damage in one hit

Alpha Strike refers more to multiple weapons firing at once to instagib a target. For example a Stormtrooper's alpha strike.

Stomper = guy who independant of stacking or not, beats up newbies a lot
Gimick = guy who runs unconventinal or very single-minded company

In EIRR, an Alpha Strike is used as Mechwarrior used it. Thats the way its been in EIRR for along time, often but groups of Storm Shreks and RR's. Don't like it? we don't care. |

its probably one of the places the terminology became mainstream thou.. I heard it a long time before, probably battletech, which actually is mechwarrior if only on a board |
