i did some trouble shooting and i still can't figure out the problem...

it ain't my net because i'm not using dial up, i'm using Cable internet which
is pretty fast if your neighborhood rarely has people who use cable internet plus you're
one of the few who does it's pretty fast and thats my situation here

it cant be my firewall, cause i turned it off, well i did see some improvements
when i turned it off or it could've been just a coincidence because the problem
is happening again at this very moment even when the firewall is off. Plus i already
allowed the EIRR program as an exception on the Firewall's list of exceptions for programs

and finally i went to Speedtest.net to check what my net speed would be if i tried to connect
to a dude hosting a server in Los Angeles

Results were:
1st Test
251 ping
1.39 mb/s
0.45 mb/s

2nd Test (same server location)
208 ping
1.45 mb/s
0.40 mb/s

Thats pretty fast especially since i live in the Phillipines and LA is pretty far
What more if the server i'm trying to connect to becomes closer to my country
ping would probably lessen right?

if only there were more asians who played this game *sigh*
