Has cloak and can only build the 3 posts, if the enemy destroys ONE it's useless. AFAIK there is no MU cost on it Demon, at least I haven't noticed any. For a t3 it should be free, the triangulation towers are always easily found by enemy volks strolling through at a massive distance, even when well hidden Sad

he should be able to just place another one if the enemy destroys one tbh. or at least with a long recharge.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

The ability to know where cloaked storms are is incredible. Also, if your ally has a heap of artillery then it's fantastic. It's good in the context of the match. It's heaps more powerful in larger matches.

Currently it's a fantastic payoff if your enemy doesn't know about it, or is too busy to go find it. However there are some things to do with the Unit, the Deployment and the Device that makes it easy to spot.

1st, A recon plane flies over to drop the guy 9 times out of 10.
2nd, He has no sight and is always in danger of walking into enemies.
3rd, The Device creates a black crater on the ground which is easily spotted. Great care needs to be taken in placing the Device behind LoS blockers like buildings or trees. It only takes a few seconds on most maps and pays off quickly.
4th, The best possible deployment is 2 corners of the triangle on your enemies corners, which given the deployment zones of alot of maps is hard if not impossible.

All things considered though, if you get it setup and can maintain a high pressure match to keep your enemy from idly looking for them you're set. It just so happens that Commando's is greatly adept at Aggressive high attrition gameplay to keep your enemy on his toes.

Also, he is currently still a direct carryover from last draft. Which means he appears in the offmap section as opposed to a direct cost on Officers. Someone should really get into the launcher and edit that until we set it right. Hopefully we can get his Risk / reward ratio sorted out too.

Anyone who complains about the craters is retarded. It is not difficult to find and place them behind buildings/trees in such a way that they cannot be seen from the overhead view, and don't get detected by passing-by units. Units also don't auto-target them, meaning that even if the tower does get revealed, you have to notice it an order your troops to fire on it.
"You can just look for some craters" is a bullshit argument, seeing as that would require me to stop playing the game entirely and scour every inch of the map from multiple angles looking for a tiny crater that may of may not be visible (depending where is was placed).

It is literally maphacks, and I can't believe the idea was even considered, let alone implemented.

The radio triangulation is a pain, but its also har dto put upp tbh, i have played several games, and althou i was able to destroy the sites, It was to hard to find the dude imo! I was running around like hell and still not be able to find teh bugger, so i had to just dedicate a luffwaffles squad to hid and wait for him, which worked like a charm ^^ But you can do it carrot, you can also just use ketts or bikes and wayupoint around the locations that are usally used for these things its not that hard tbh.
