whats does the CCT buff? just tanks? or 25pdr? etc?

and what does it buff better as it vets up?

It buffs every vehicle you have as british, nothing else. It works on the priest also

vet 2 ones get an extra +2.5 range 0.8 reload

Vet 3 get more sight on themselves and less incoming penetration. just look at the unit list on the left to see a units vet.

and actually, captains and lts buff 25s.
