Engineers should be able to repair [edit: player owned] buildings.

buildings are pretty crap at the moment. they can not move and are doomed to die. usually slowly.. sometimes to a single arty strike.

allowing engineers to repair them gives them an actual advantage above other stuff instead of only disadvantages. There will be engineers on the field anyway since they are also the ones who build the bunkers.

This will also balance the horrible WM medic bunker out. compare it to the AB medic. the AB medic can move and heal itself. the medic bunker is stationary and can't heal itself.

also bofors should be able to move like 17lber, not be doomed to sit there all game.

note this would also allow them to repair bridges again. just in case someone ever plans to make another bridge map :>

if this were possible, bring back emplacements, then you can repair emplacements.

Also, you could go with a lot of bofors or hmg, get piats and 17pdrs and lock down an area.

well with piat sappers its different coz they are also a weapon platform. only engis without weapon upgrades should be able to repair.
