As some of you know, and some of you guessed, and some of you are about to find out: This is the basic structure of the EiRRMoD Development Team.

Tank130 is in the role of Management. That is to say he coordinates and communicates between the different departments of the development team. This has been going on since the beginning of March, so hopefully you have all seen the increase in development since this has taken place.
Tank130 has no input in the design, balance or doctrine creations of the Mod. His role is to use real life abilities to streamline the Dev team.

The Dev team is broken into 5 main departments:

Development & Design
Coding
Balance Team
Promotion & Relations
Moderation

All of the departments overlap and one cannot function without the other.

Development and Design decisions are made by the Senior Development Team (SDT). That team consists of:
Unkn0wn, Brn4meplz, Killer, Groundfire, and EirrMod.

Input for the Design and Development of the mod comes from a number of sources. Although it appears too many of you the Dev team does not listen to you, they do. They may not always agree, but they listen.

A very important source of information is provided to the SDT by the Balance Team (BT). A group of undisclosed players, with vast knowledge of the game and its inner workings, have been selected to help with the balance of units. This is a very difficult position as many design options are put forth and it is their job to make it as balanced as possible. The Balance Team must follow a very strict code of guidelines to remain on the team: The most important being activity in the game. If you don’t play, you don’t stay. Our Balance Team is currently lead by Killer. He does not control balance decisions, he controls the way decisions are presented and completed.

Information and Design guidelines are passed on from the SDT and the BT to the Coding department. Currently our coding team consists of Firesparks, Leophone and Mister Schmidt. Without coders, you would not have a game. The coders are very actively involved in discussion about design and balance, but do not make the final decision. So please, if you have an issue with design or balance, don’t ask or complain to a coder. In fact, if you have an issue or question, ask the SDT members.

Groundfire is our official Promotions and Public Relations guru. It is his job to try and bring exposure to the mod as well as calm down the masses when we screw up. Because we are human, work in many time zones, and move a lot of data in regards to Design and balance, we will continue to have errors.

And last but not least, we have the Moderation team. Luckily for some of you, our moderation team is very moderate in their moderation. J/K ……The moderation team also has input on design and balance, but not a final say. Generally speaking, we are very proud of the community we work with. We hardly ever have a need to moderate these days.

I thought it was important for the community to understand how the team works and to officially put a name to the work being done here.

The Dev team really appreciates any input from the community – good or bad. Well written and thought out posts are always discussed. Rude, insulting, or rage posts are completely ignored. Posts that turn into troll posts are also completely ignored.

Big changes to the Mod are just around the corner. We appreciate your patience as we fine tune the changes.
