What if field dressings were just medpacks ?

or instead of whole squad moving and 'reviving' wounded guy maybe make it so that he stands up automaticaly when you press the button so the squad is not interrupted.

Move first aid to t3 and turn t2 into assult Rifles.

You would be giving Medkits to a doctrine that is allready filled with healing devices and it was that way in the Original draft before the ventrilio discussion if i remember correctly.
