Could not create report

Got an error message mid game and flung to desktop with a game freeze. Something to do with it not being able to create a report, and it mentioned 'Temp' but I didn't see the whole message unfortunately before I tried to clear it and go back to the game, which turned out to be fruitless.
Any suggestions?

Had a sync error today also , maybe same thing?

out of harddrive space of windows or coh partition maybe?
run launcher as admin?

Mine was not a sync error. It was a CTD from CoH.

Unless the report file is bigger than 44.8GB, then not that.
