seems this actually was an old design decision - back when pak 38 ambush was changed as well.
Yeah it was, because paks no longer were able to sneak up / move while cloaked.
Can you see what else was done to compensate? I think we made the sneak shot more potent for 1 shot, instead of first 2, or reduced damage or SOMETHING lol.
