Maybe you will realize that different threads have different authors and are about different things?

I dunno, maybe.

That's like having 2 threads about Armor Pool, but one is about Defensive Company and the other is about Blitz. They have completely different values and can be about different topics. Both are about Armor Pool, but in different contexts.

Whatever.

It's AmPM's profession to go into suggestion/balance threads, say why he dislikes changing the game whatsoever and then nitpicks other's posts.

He never said that he liked/disliked my suggestions in any way, and DarkSoldier is being a fucking retard so IDK what you're getting on about.

Now everyone stop talking about stupid shit and dragging the thread off-topic.

Im sorry Illegal_Carrot, I seriously didn't know that munition isn't the same as munition.

Please forgive me. I am not very good ejimucational.

Perhaps you can give me a English lesson on the definitions of price, reduction, and munition, and how that is different from, price, reduction, and munition.

Seriously show me how when the reduced munition prices this upcoming(mabye) patch that it will be any different from reducing munition prices?

You may have slightly different purposes, but in the end it is the same. And considering next patch is soon(tm) why not wait for it and see whats in it before complaining about the current prices?

1. The Weapon Cache system has yet to be introduced, and there isn't even an ETA at the moment. The prices I have suggested here could be changed and implemented in moments, and put into the next mini-patch.

2. Even if we were taking the Weapon Cache into account, most of the upgrades listed here will not be affected by the Cache system, or if they are, the impact will be an absolute minimum (brn told me this directly).

3. The price reductions that might be implemented (there's currently no confirmation that price changes will even occur), are likely to only affect high-cost purchases or upgrades (ie the Panzerschreck or Thompson, as listed in the very post you quoted). I specifically made this thread to address the lesser used, or lower-costing abilities, which are unlikely to be touched on by a price change.

4. The implementation of the Cache system itself means absolutely nothing to the discussion at had, because if an upgrade costs too much in terms of Munitions, it will never be taken, no matter what it's Cache cost is. This thread was created to specifically address only Munitions costs, and discussion of the Cache system was not meant to dominate the conversation.

I have made this all as clear as possible for you.

By continuing to not actually post anything relevant to the discussion, and continuing to drag this thread off topic, you are breaking the forum rules, and ruining this thread. You're the only one making such a fuss over literally nothing, and it's clear that other posters here are interested in conversing about the ideas I have put forward.

Sorry if I was talking about the upgrades that YOU posted at the bottom of the OP.

And stop nerd raging, your acting like this is any more off-topic than any other thread in EiR. Matter of fact Its relatively on track so far compared to others.

The cache system HAS been introduced, there are just no numbers entered into the database.
I have the list, and I could run it in like, 15 seconds - but Im waiting till the next patch, which will more than likely be in the next 48 hours.

This 'mini-patch' you propose would be more work than it would take me than just running our current waiting queries for the weapons cache (and MU changes)

That is correct

Also correct.

However we decided to only do the larger units, upgrades etc for now - as we want to see
how the mechanic plays out before we do micro balance fixes like the list you suggest.

The cache was meant to address upgrades and units that 'cost' too much in terms of munitions, but to decrease their MU cost at all would create an IMBA upgrade or set of units.
