Lancher Fail

MY autoupdate/Luncher attemps to update then pops up "Could not download file list
Please try again later"

I have downloaded my mod 20100529EiRR_Setup from http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/mods/companyofheroesopposingfronts/mod.html
maybe I have insatlled it wrong or could my other mods i have be the problem I have (Back to Basics) and (Eastern Fronts) but they both work just fine

Please Help
