The thing is a liability. Anything Below a Panther your 6pdr's do better DPS. The Panther itself is debatable, both will work. Anything above a Panther and the 17pdr actually manages higher DPS because of it's near flawless penetration

it's a heavy tank killer, use it as such. get ap rounds and they really rape with the extra dmg, and +5 range.
