stickes are made to be disablers. If you really want to make it "realistic" they should have a 25-35% chance of destroying the tread or otherwise just do damage

if you want to make them good for "gameplay" they should only give that same slowdown effect a magnetic AT nade does and only permanently damange a engine if at yellow or red health.

To be completely honest i would be fine with that. The temporary engine damage for a magnetic at nade is more then enough to fuck a tank over most of the time.

Well the difference was in place before because magnetic at Andes could be thrown much farther then a sticky. Now they are vet 2 sticky range
