3. Reward points (RP) are different from Prestige Points (PP).  You can only earn PP by playing games, i.e. winning, losing, and gaining ranks.  RPs are I believe only given out by the devs to people who have done something to earn them.  This could be doing a donation to the website funds, a very well done shoutcast, participating in a special event match, or even disposing of a suspicious body for them.

its 1 man that can be droped somewhere walking around cloaked (almost undetectable) and he can build little cloaked radios as long as he is alive (but just 3 radios at a time)

i don't know if you get multiple radio men uses

no that means +2 radiomen to use but they can build just 3 radios which behave like the points of the triangle that is shown on minimap to reveal fow

reward points are handed out randomly and they will be removed and replaced by warmap cards (i think) when warmap is in

you can get 2 radio dudes per match. but you need to pay some PP for the 2nd dude if you want him, just like with offmaps.
