Quad Buffs

I'm curious does the middle T4 for armor affect quads as well and just isn't mentioned? I feel like it is because there are some times when I'm fighting an armored player and his quads seem much tougher than normal.

If they aren't affected by this T4 and I was potentially just noticing bad dice roles, is there any other health/damage buff that quads get that i just didn't notice? And also if they aren't affected by this T4 why not?

I was in Corsix when I saw this thread so I thought I'd take a peek.

As far as I can tell, there's no Urban Survival Kit mods for the Quad.

Play with the infantry one. Sure you got 1 repair and no speed/survivability buffs, but the supression kicks ass with the bottom tree.
