1. Unknown's Belgian, not Dutch.

2. Re-rolls are done entirely launcher side. I can't even remember what it's been coded in, let alone am able to look at it's inner workings. Even Unkn0wn, Elitegren and Killer have more knowledge of how stuff works there by having access to it through the MySQL database (IIRC that's what they use to look at companies).

3. What everyone else has been saying is entirely correct to the best of my knowledge. Every unit has an individual x% chance to be re-rolled in certain games, with no weights. At that point it is literally just the super basic probability theory the others have been talking about.

Yeah, Uni's been kicking my ass all around the place, got to sort out an AGM for Paintball society committee replacements for next year, all the while doing freelance market analysis work for a foreign contact lense firm that's thinking of starting up a subsidiary in the UK.
