noobs advantages

Hi,

why exist noobs advantages if all starting, regardless of rank, with the same PP?
That seems to me like a bug.

Noob advantages have nothing to do with PP's it about how many game that company has been used in

noob advantages, and commander advantages are an old mechanic that was (is?) going to be fazed out during warmap card expansions.

Idea was, theyd be replaced with card usage.

It can kind of be assumed that a company with a lot of games on it has a fair amount of vet. Noob advantages still make a little sense since a new company has no chance of having any vet while a company with 60 games can have vet out the wazoo.
