Can somebody point out where I can see vet stats for all units vet: 4-5 etc?

and for the reward units?

Reward units aren't up there, but all the vet is done categorically. You can kind of assume that wehr light vehicles are all going to have the same vet at vet 4 and vet 5. Thats just assumption though, I haven't had anyone confirm that for me.
