you dont define the problem very well.  Does it just lag allot, or will it even start.  Explain more please so people can acutally help you.  Also, try redownloading the battle files/.

it wont start totally grayed out like when you have no units there(which we dont) cause it wont start

Try starting a skirmish with you against the PC and see if it completes loading.
