This was a good game. It was intense. Ranger spam ftw!

Was more like ranger spam and airborne spam, with double calliope's, I don't think I have to say much else to say who won lol.

Was intense until the horde from hell swarmed everything. And all that was good was destroyed.....

Damn, we got served AGAIN.  It's a common trend for me hehe.  Grin

Yes, very well played for the Allies. The axis played well but every assault was met by a storm of rockets and bullets.

If you do watch this replay and want to get something out of it, I would suggest focusing on how the allies had a 'moblie' defense.

They used scouting to determine where attacks would come from, and attempted to concentrate their forces in that area.   This gave them a HUGE tactical advantage compared to not doing so.   Infact, you'll see that when the axis finally do break through, it's because the allies failed to scout and determine where they would break through and thus were unable to prepare for it.

Not sure if its a bug with just me or someone else may have it too.  I load the replay and as soon as it loads it goes to replay over, so I cant watch it.

The map also played a part: there were very few actual avenues for advance.
We had to make several using the Tiger.

A very interesting game.

I believe that the fatal flaw in the Axis gameplay was not going after the Allied halftracks. After all, it was the halftrack that kept rienforcing those rangers, allowing the rangers to become veterancy 3...

And the Axis seemed a bit timid with thier Panther in the beginning-middle of the game.

That last stand was incredible.

Can someone help me out and try and figure out why when I load the replay no more than 5 seconds after its loaded I get a "replay over" message.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled EIR and have the correct version, downloaded the files from the EIR launcher.  Im frustrated.

Try directly downloading and extracting the battle files manually. I got the same problem, too. I ended up DL/extracting the files manually, and it worked fine.
