I'm not sure if you'll all agree but I think it would be cool if you could transfer units from one company to another in your command. i.e. if you could spread out or group up vet units?!

I disagree if you want vet in other companies earn it and lots of people only use 1

I like the idea but you would need to make so either you buy the unit again with the new company or all the companies share the same income

none of the ideas would ultimately work ... there is no currency that is swappable or actually COST you anything.  TAV is always refunded.  So having a price to move things doesn't really work.

What would happen if we had it where you could swap things to another company?

Play your main and anytime you get a vet 3, move it to a secondary company.  You therefore will never lose your main vet units, you could totally stack a company with units that never get played and ultimately 'retire' them to a place on the top 20 leaderboard for vet.

Of course you could also move them into companies you actually use.  I for one use all my axis slots constantly swapping between companies as I need to.

Dunno, its a novel idea, but reasonably is there any use for it?  just use the company that you have hte vet in ...
