This is the off topic, general discussion thread, right? I have something for all you guys:

I keep on missing the guy's name (lol), but he's been on the US national championships and the world championships as far as track goes. He's overall good on everything track-wise.

To get you people in shape, check out all those videos (the other volumes are just below the videos shows as part 1, part 2, part 3, and part 4) and start working, people, even though its so late in the season and more than likely your an idiot if you just started getting ready for w/e you're doing for hs/college.

*edit* if your from germany you probably already know most of this track stuff.
