Battle ID is from the battle creation. You much find someone to play against, then setup the battle in the war control panel. When you finish setting up the battle, it'll tell you it's battle id number. The players then put in this number and play online against each other.
If you have any more questions, hope on the chat by clicking the chat link in the horizontal menu at the top of the screen.

Did you accept the security box when it asked you? Do you have ventrilo? You could connect to the server listed on the left and go to the EIR channels...

Looks like your username is taken on the server, try to type /nick guest492 in the box in the chat then click connect at the top...

Try pressing CTRL+F5 on the page to reload it. I changed the script and it should give you a generic name that should work...
