Launcher hangs up

I face huge lag and launcher hangs up when it tries to update my profile, company, doctrines or whatever i change. When I launch the launcher first time it tries to update everything goes okey, but for the second time it hangs up...  And when I try to join/leave/RFS launcher hangs up for ~2 mins and only then takes the action. So the only way for me to RE join games is to restart launcher every time I want to do so. It is very very frustrating and time wasting bug, so please help me. Any suggestions?

In fact yes. But how does Avast effect EIR laucher? and how to avoid it :/ hmm I played EIR for 3 years and used AVAST but this problem didnt occurred till the previuos patch

TIP: If your EIRRLauncher seems to freeze very often while for example retrieving company this is most likely caused by your AVAST antivirus web shield. If you have AVAST Antivirus open it, go to the real-time shields menu and disable the web shield before you start the EIRRLauncher.
