Hi everyone. I've been hanging around the EiR forums since I started playing a little over 2 weeks ago. So, I now present my first post.

So the situation was that the Allies were using and we were pulling the last remaining troops off of the map. CommanderNewbie's Vet 1 Pershing was retreating at one quarter helth from two stugs. He was one hit from death and racing for the map edge to retreat. As he got close he took a shell from one of Willshire's 3 StuG's. However, as it went out of control it hit the map edge line and disappeared O.o  Unfortunately for Willshire's cries of triumph we were quick to crush his hopes and explain that No, in fact that the Pershing had survived  since it made it off the map, by accident, before it blew up :p

That is very epic luck, and pretty hilarious.

I've sen an out of control pershing get off 7 shots before it died, killed one of my stugs and some grens, i was pretty pissed, but it was funny.

BUT I had a pershing go out of control and the game ended before it blew up once, middle of the map, now THAT was luck !

I had my Vet 2 Panther go offmap when it was out of control.

I've seen a vet 2 Ostwind make it off map that way. It was a pretty good laugh. Wasn't my ostwind though.
