Half Installed

I have a weird problem with my CoHOF. It is not something that has really bothered me much, especially since I most play EiR now and not vCoH anyway, but I thought if anyone would know how to solve it, I'd bring it up.

I bought the Original CoH as a hard copy in stores. Then, I bought OF over steam. It didn't seem like a bad idea since normal CoH had to patch to include the brits and whatnot anyway. All I really needed was an OF CD Key to enter. However, I found that this was not the case. dont like having steam running on my computer unless I specifically need it for something, so I don't have CoH installed through steam, which has its own issues, along with being more annoying to mod.

So, apparently what the normal installation did was this: It installed the bare minimum of things required to play CoH without OF. It means the game has the Brit and PE files it needs to run, but is missing some of the ones I should have. The effect is when I play PE and Brits, I don't get soundbits. So like, when I give an select men or give an order, the troops don't say anything. They are always completely silent, because I'm missing the speech files or something. This is only when playing the OF factions, though. I also don't have the PE or Brit Campaign because since the installation only did what vCoH needs to be compatible with OF, it didn't bother to install that either.

So, I guess what I'm asking is this: does anyone have an easy solution to the problem, and if not, does someone know what files I need and where to put them, and then of course I would need someone to provide the files. -.- Anyway, there's no in this, I'm signing off for the night now, I'll check on this in the morning. And if nobody can help, I can live with just playing Wehr and Americans too. I prefer Wehr to PE and I just find Brits too shameful.
