Last game I played i was told that using "false mortar strikes" with the wehrmatch officer was forbbinde because it's an exploit, but i've been looking for an exploit list but i've only founded this http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=3852.0 , and it doenst say anything about the officer, is it forbbiden? is there any exploit list apart from this one?

You're correct, it's not on the list but it was considered an exploit.
It's okay if you do the artillery strike and get forced to move or change your mind, but doing it solely with the purpose of dropping 'fake smoke' is considered an exploit.
