Hello,

  This isn't about another player's bad behavior, just EiR:Rs.  If I'm in the wrong forum, my bad.

Anyhow, I played a game and brought out my newly vet 3 howitzer.  So, I started to deploy it and got the canceling will result in inoperable gun message.  No biggie, I had it selected so I could fire it as soon as it was ready.  But then I selected another unit or something, and came back to the howi to find that it had been destroyed. 

  I figured that I'd accidentally canceled construction (that happens sometimes) but when I got back to the launcher, I saw that it was *gone*. 

  So, I reviewed the replay, and no one definitely shot anything at it.  It just blew up mid construction.  So, the question is, can I get my howi back?  A lot of time, pp, and virtual tears (of my enemies) went into that...

Did you press esc when you selected the howie?

If you cancel construction of a unit, it's as if it died.

I watched the replay, seems like you accidentially cancelled its construction indeed.
The truck then drove off field, I'm not sure if its *intended* to count as a dead howitzer when you cancel the construction but apparently it does.

I probably did press esc, but afaik it didn't count as a death in *EiR*...
You really should change this, there isn't any reason for it to count as a death, or even remove it altogether.

Oh, and sorry about the misleading title/wrong forum section.
