hi guys,

i just tried to install EIRR, but i did't get it to work yet. first, the autoupdater told me i had all my files up to date, but the laucher kept telling me my version was incorrect. after reading in the forum, i figured out that i probably had an oder version of the autoupdater. so i manually installed autoupdater v1.03. but then it was unable to "download file list" and told me to try again later. the launcher wont start at all right now. can anyone tell me what to do?

EDIT: ok, there's v1.04 out by now, lets see if it works...

Hi thaleman thanks for joining,  the mod is currently in pre-official release state. Meaning we are ironing out bugs and the sort and thus not all things are a smooth as we like.

the most recent Moddb podcast explians it well enough.  The deal is very soon we go official with improved server, and smother install process.

i'm quite aware that this all is still work in progress. but what i've seen so far an the Moddb shoutcast, the developers did a damn well job so far. anyway, it seems to work now that i've downloaded autoupdater v1.04. sry for being so impatient.

Thats fine mate,

Allot of the old grognards (old french for grumbler ) waited over 18 months to see this come to life so we understand to passion to play.

Just be aware we are in a bit of lull right now as this phase is just about over but im sure there are people willing to play. Give it a shot and be ready for the next step !
