How does the new PP-limiting system for draws work? I already got 6 draws out of 9 games on my Smokaz account, and all of them are from ragequits, early quits, incorrect quits or sync errors. I dont want to get my company screwed over and have to remake.

Its super easy to get draws atm, and in most of the cases there is nothing you can do to prevent it other further decreasing the size of the "safe players" list.

I wish it was a way to help the reporting system as there is no way to really enforce the "stay until the game is over" thing that helps games being reported properly.

I'd like to know too. I got in 5/6 games yesterday and half were draws for similar reasons.

Draw limits are not yet in - although I am monitoring manually high draw % profiles.

Over the next couple of months, I will be working through the reporting system - perhaps requiring a 'force' before making a game a draw, or a delay before a game is processed as a draw.

Also, I will be adding in code that will record how the game itself is progressing, and if it is clear who 'would have' won, assigning a win / loss based on that.  If its not clear, then assigning a draw as normal.

yes, we need this. I saw a guy today who was 2-2-9...something just isn't right there. I think those with high "draw" profiles need to be investigated and see if they are forcing draws.

I have to agree, I can't stand getting a draw because some dick bag drops, even if I'm on a loss. What I have suggest and I'll say it again, if someone drops regardless of reason the person should get a loss regardless of the out come of the game.

Dropping from a game should = loss for the person doing it.

Everyone else should not be effected. Well this my opinion anyway.

i really don't get the point here. as far as i'm concerned, the most annoying thing about the many drops/sync errors that we currently encouter is that you hardly get to play a game till it actually ends. let's say it's about 50% right now. so basically it's just a huge waste of time as it usually takes some to launch a game.

no matter if you loose, win, or get a draw, you'll always receive 3PP for it. so i don't see why someone should be dropping on purpose unless he's a stats whore. but something like 2:2:9 isn't that great a stat either...

Right now I have more draws than wins + losses together..

How can you even have a draw, it's very clear that one team either wins or loses. And if it's cos some tard can't make their company they should go read the freakin tutorial, that team should forfeit the game and take the loss. I'd rather not hang about watchin my retard partner goin, OHM HOW DO I RETREAT THIS just to give my enemy the win.
