Considering that now the officer can no longer drop dake smoke and leave, shouldn't the barrage be given a lower cooldown? considering that any good player can bum rush the officer while its frozen there?

The thing about the officer is that, its not even like a sniper which can cloak and one shot people. Supervise is about as good as you having the advantage. Officers die really often and waiting for 420 secs back then was bad enough. Now the new waiting time just doesn't make sense any more!

I would tkae a higher MP or Muni cost, but pls revert the cooldown.
