Ok, i have Extra Training 6CP AND Superior Training 7CP.
This means that ALL my units start with One star, and 20% of a two stars.

Now in my Bravo Company i have Grenadiers,Volks, Sniper, Knight's Cross Holders. thats is LVL 0.  And yes i did get the Extra traning first befor i did by ANY units.

The only thing i am sure on is that i played with my Knight's Cross Holders
yesterday and they had lvl 1 then, but after they got reinforct they lost that first Star.

By the way! sould Goliath have Lvl. 3  and (9999 xp)?
Its a suicide unit, what dose it gain xp on? Bug this to or it shall be that way?

You lose 20% exp on all your troops when you lose a battle and thus they might have lost their veterancy.

By the way, In my A company, I have a PAK, its 0xp.... Thats strange bec i only played one game with them and i WON that one... It smells
I found a 2nd error to, but my english is so bad i can´t explain the bug...

It have to do with buying  Panzerschreck to your grenadiers... It like you click on the "Panzerschreck cost: XX" And after cliking its get a white block, and not the "Panzerschreck".... I try to get a print screen next time

Im using the Defensive Division myself and cant see any bugs with training levels or Panzershreck purchasing, Mind you i dont have the Superior training only the Extra training.

Here it comes....

Om man ska köpa en Panzerschreck till dina grenadiers, på upgraderingsidan.
Så får man en lita med saker, ex: förstaförband, MG42 osv.
När jag klickan på Panzerschreck, som min grenadiers ska ha makeras den inte utan rutan med upgraderingsakerna försvinner, så kan man hålla på ett tag, det ända som hjälper är att logga in och ut sedan fungerar det igen.
Jag har provat att makera en Panzerschreck och även om det står en tom ruta så prova jag att köpa. vilket fungerar.
DVS Klickar man på Panzerschreck så blir det en tomruta som finns från början vilket betyder att du har valt att inte ge den enheten något extra.
Men går jag sedan och klickar på köp så går det att köpa den.
Det är altså ett visningsfel, att den visar inte en Panzerschreck även fast man har klickat i den, och den går att köpa.
Detta gäller även förstaförband och MG42

LOST IN TRANSLATION:
"If you want to buy a shrek for your grens, on the upgrade page. Then you get a list of things, i.e. first aid, lmg etc. When I click on the shrek, which my grens will get, it doesn't get selected but the page with the upgrades disappears, and you can continue like this for a while. The only thing that helps is to log in and out, after which it'll work again. I've tried selecting a shrek and even if an empty slot shows I tried to purchase and it worked. That is, if you select shrek an empty box will show but the shrek will be purchased if you confirm. This is a display error and the same applies for first aid and mg42."

Editor's note:
(1) this does not make much sense in any language 
(2) Can you trust the words of your propaganda minister?
(3) Basically the error is that selected items don't display for duckordie. As I recall, he had another problem relating to the control panel. Instead of a submit button it said "Skicka Fråga" (=Ask Question), though the effect was that of the submit button. This is likely browser (firefox??) and/or language related.

It's just bizarre how a suicide unit could gain veterancy, I mean, what did it do in the past that could've given it experience?
