I dont know if this is appropriately a balance issue (unless we think of stacking as a balancing problem), but it seems that with all the new changes, particularly with the need to hoard PPs and the neccesity of gaining ranks in order to unlock doc abilitites folks seem A LOT more stingy with the games.  Since winning games will garner points than losing games.

I realize people have the right to play with whoever they want, but if stacking was a problem before I only see it getting worse from now on. 

For example, there will be times where a 2v2 or 3v3 will sit open for a LONG time because the players are either too strong, or one of the players is too weak/new for people to risk a loss. 

For most, this may not seem like a big issue but for new incoming players it could be crippling, and if expanding player base was a goal for the mod I think it's something that needs addressing.

You get 10 pps regardless of win or lose. You get 10xp for a lose, plus modifiers if the opposing team is higher rank than you. If you keep playing enough you'll still have everything everyone else has.

stacking is only a problem if you let it be, its easy to play games if you are prepared to be a little flexible

Playing equal enemies is far more profitable for someone who wants to rank. So noobstomps shouldn't be that comon anymore. But there's always guys that will use noobstomps to gain a hoard of vet units...         *cough* GoAndDie *cough*

Except you'll have to play more to get as high when you play worse.
Or you'd have to be fighting much superior opponents.

ampm, thats one point why the system is not well balanced atm.

most players just cant play many games per day, maybe 2 games per week. i think they cant fix it by giving them even more pp per games vs players with more games(, xp, doc abilities)
they should make doctrines free (maybe t1 and t2 free and t3+t4 cost not too much?) i dont know but fact is that storms, rangers and AB as free (non t1 or t2) units are OPed because players who playing armor or defensive or terror have a huge disadvantage

unknownz, where is the fun playing much superior opponents everytime?
