When I login on the web my Name is Von_wayce. However, my game login name is Vonwayce.

How can I make them the same?

I may be wrong but if you click modify launcher registration I think you can change the launcher name.

Having a _ in your launcher name doesn't make any sense, you can't use it on RO.
